Road Sorties is a route planning application that provides driving directions, scenic and curvy road preferences, and route export functionality. The Service uses third-party routing and geocoding APIs to generate routes and location data.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure

The Service relies on OpenStreetMap, Nominatim, Valhalla, and other third-party data and APIs. Your use of the Service is subject to the terms and policies of these providers. Road Sorties is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

5. Route Information and Disclaimer

Routes, directions, and other information provided by the Service are for general planning purposes only. Road conditions, closures, and regulations may change. Always verify routes before traveling and follow local traffic laws and signage. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any routing information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Road Sorties and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Your use of the Service may involve transmitting location data and route queries. See our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle data. Location permission requests may be stored locally in your browser.
