Scenic Drive is a short residential road in St. Petersburg, Florida, sitting in the general vicinity of Coffee Pot Bayou and Snell Isle on Tampa Bay's northeast shore. Public route information specific to this stretch of road is thin, so its exact path and any official scenic designation aren't confirmed here. The surrounding waterfront neighborhoods were developed starting in the early 1900s by Kentucky pharmacist C. Perry Snell, who bought roughly 600 acres along what's now Coffee Pot Bayou and laid out streets meant to showcase bay views from nearly every lot. Much of the area's Mediterranean Revival architecture dates to Florida's 1920s land boom, and a 2-mile shared-use path along nearby North Shore Drive still draws walkers and cyclists to the same waterfront.
