This loop of about 29 miles runs through the Allegheny National Forest of northwestern Pennsylvania, circling an arm of the Allegheny Reservoir (Kinzua) on routes 59, 321, and 262. The forest of hardwoods and hemlock is especially striking in fall, and the nearby Kinzua Dam and the towering Kinzua Sky Bridge — a repurposed railroad viaduct — are popular stops. The byway is named for the Seneca people of the region.
